Zucchini, Dark Green

$3.50
sold out

50 days — The bush-type plants of 'Dark Green' zucchini are vigorous and produce early. The fruit are straight, smooth, mottled dark green with flesh that has a pale green tint, is firm, and has a fine flavor. Grown on our farm for years.

Zucchini is great for fresh eating, noodles, or fried. When you have a plethora of zucchini, it freezes well for breads, noodles, and stir fries. Last year I even dehydrated zucchini, then blended it up and made zucchini flour. It has a nutty flavor, perfect for making keto friendly bread. This year my goal is to can some to taste like pineapple and see how that comes out.

Plants are grown in a 4" pot, may have multiple plants per pot.
