Carolina Gold (slicer)

$4.50
sold out

75 days. Hybrid. determinate.

Carolina Gold tomatoes feature a unique golden-yellow colored fruit that is low in acid and uniform ripening. The perfect tomato for anyone who loves tomatoes, but tomatoes don't love them, due to the acidity. This variety is adaptable, and its strong. Determinate 3’ tall plants produce mostly extra-large and large fruit throughout the season. To maximize yield potential, stake culture is recommended.

Resistant to Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt (1,2). A favorite on our farm because we get a huge yield of yellow tomatoes in a 6 week window and then the plants, almost stop producing. Great for conatiner gardening.
